There appears to be 3 major incinerator toilet manufacturers in the USA but there could be more I’m not aware of! They range in price from $2500 - $10,000

I went for the brand EcoJohn it looked to be the right balance of function, safety, and aesthetics. With shipping + vent it came in right under $3700.

This isn’t an insignificant cost but a septic system would have been far from complex and expensive.
